Red Starfish

Part of our holidays in Kenya we spent at the coast south of Mombasa. The beach there was wonderful, and the ocean even better. It was so full of animals that you could simply go for a walk in the water and pick them with your bare hands:

Spotted Frog in Uganda

In Uganda, close to the border with Rwanda and Congo, we met this little cute frog that was so afraid of us that was not even moving when I was touching it:

At the beach in Namibia we noticed these fresh lion tracks:

As we were walking there a lot, we were happy that we did not encounter any lions...

While visiting Skeleton Coast in Namibia we encountered a few whale bones. Those guys are huge!

Ostriches are super-fast, but not very smart. Most of the ones that we met instead of running away from us were running in the same direction in which we were moving...
